In addition to our numerous simulation flights in our simulators, we offer you your very own personal event package. Whether it is a company event, a department event, a team event, a birthday party or a family occasion, we will realize your unforgettable experience.
Describe your needs to us and we will put together your individual FLYFSX event, according to the motto:
"FLYING - EATING - DRINKING - HAVING FUN".
We organize for you and your guests the desired event in our premises. Here you can complete numerous flights and afterwards enjoy culinary delights.
- Minimum participants: 4 people per event
- Maximum participants: 16 people per event/group (more than 16 participants on request).
- Catering: With or without catering, as requested
- Minimum duration: 1 hour per event/group

FAQ |
| What is the minimum number of participants required for an event? |
Events are valid from 4 persons. An event can also be carried out with 2 or 3 people, but will then be charged at the single flight rate. Only from 4 persons the group rates apply. |
| How is the billing done? |
For group events, invoicing is usually done by invoice with a payment deadline of 30 days. |
| For which target groups can the events be held? |
Generally for all groups, e.g. companies, departments, clubs, weddings, stag parties, student parties, anniversary events and many more. |
| Can events with 50 people also be held? |
Yes and No. The limit per group is max. 16 persons ( >16 persons on request). Of course, several groups can consume the flight units one after the other / staggered. |
| What is the general process for an event? |
At an event, our flights are performed simultaneously in our mobile simulators. Depending on the number of participants we use 1 - 3 simulators. In all simulators 2 persons can fly at the same time. When using 3 simulators, this is presented as follows: 6 people can fly at the same time. At events of this kind we perform 10 minute flights with the destinations: Basel, Dubai and Hong Kong. The first flight unit lasts 10 minutes, after that there is a change of crews (participants). Thus: after 10 minutes 6 people have flown, after 20 minutes - 12 people, after 30 minutes - 18 people. This is repeated until all participants have flown. After that, the next flight sequence is performed in the same style. |
| How do I get a non-binding cost summary with the individual offers? |

Payment options
The listed prices for single flights, event and fear of flying include the mandatory VAT.
Payment can be made directly in cash, Twint or by creditcard. For card payments we charge a surcharge of + 5 % due to the card provider fees.
