It's no wonder that many employers often feel overwhelmed at the thought of work regarding team dynamics and measures like team building. So how can you make this process more accessible?
Simply put, the goal of team building activities is to unite a group and help them work better together to achieve their common goals. In the process, employees learn more about the skills and functions of others within the team, which significantly strengthens group cohesion. Finding common ground promotes communication as well as a sense of respect and trust in each other's abilities. Therefore, team members will be more connected to each other. Employees enjoy working together (or at least tolerate it), and the company thus achieves its intended goals. A "WIN-WIN" for all involved and an increase in efficiency!

Teambuilding is essentially about collaboration, cooperation, coordination, communication and much more. Like many other managers, you may think: Sounds easy enough, we don't need any teambuilding measures to achieve this with our employees. That may be true. But between the countless other tasks of everyday work, actively working on team dynamics is difficult and at some point no longer feasible. What team building seminars do we offer for you?
FLYING TEAM BUILDING with MORE VALUE!
In our seminars "TeamBiuilding Alpha + Bravo" the participants receive a flight briefing (duration approx.10 - 15 minutes), in which all necessary information about flying is imparted. After that, the individual flight missions are explained. During the first flight units (2 - 3 flights per participant) the participants are actively supported by our instructor.
During the following flight units (skills flights) the participants have to prepare these flights autonomously per crew as a TEAM or internalize the upcoming flights on the basis of a flight sheet (see pictures below) and then carry them out. Here the individual teams / crews should consider the following: correct familiarization and preparation for the flights, tasks and role distribution (who does what), internalize the flight route and other aspects according to the flight sheet.
After that, the participants will perform the flights (without the assistance of the instructors). If help is needed, our instructors can be called in. During the execution of the flights, the goal is to complete the flights as successfully as possible. This requires, among other things, the following aspects: clear division of tasks and defined approach, everyone knows their tasks, flight route is known, clear and goal-oriented communication in the team, adherence to the checklists, flexible action depending on the situation and making the right decisions (even in stressful situations).
After the execution of the individual flight units: Analysis (only for seminar Bravo) of the performed flights (what was good, what was not), Take Home Message and what can we take away and learn for future situation (Lessons Learned).
At the end there will be an END-BRIEFING for all participants.
