- If you pay at the post office counter, the post office will charge you a fee, which you must pay at the time of payment. Otherwise we take the liberty to charge you the fees incl. processing costs of CHF 10.00 afterwards. It is always advisable to make the invoice by online payment to avoid further costs. Thank you for your understanding.
- To place a voucher order, please fill out the following form completely. The information you provide will only be treated internally and strictly confidential. After the order has been placed, we will send you the voucher in digital form to the email address provided, including the payment details. If desired, we can also send you the voucher by mail (Switzerland: extra charge + CHF 5.00 / abroad: extra charge + CHF 10.00).
- The voucher sent becomes valid only upon full settlement (payment) of the outstanding amount.

| Do I need any prior knowledge to redeem the voucher? |

| Can the voucher be redeemed by another person? |
Yes. Please let us know in advance. |
| How long is the validity of the voucher? |
Normally, the validity is 1 year from the date of issue. |
| How can I pay for the voucher? |
Either by bank transfer to the following account:
IBAN: CH15 0076 9436 4944 9200 1 or directly on site. |
| Do I have to expect additional costs for foreign payments? |
For foreign payments (Germany, France, ..) the foreign bank will charge fees on the transfer, which will be deducted from FLYFSX.CH. For this reason, we charge a surcharge of + 5% of the invoice amount for payments outside Switzerland. |
| When will I receive the voucher after the order? |
You will receive the voucher after your order within max. 24 hours (depending on the working hours of FLYFSX). Usually the delivery of the voucher takes place after 1-2 hours after receipt of the order. |
| Can the voucher holder also take one or more persons with him? |
Yes, but only the voucher holder is entitled to fly. The accompanying persons may watch the flight. If an accompanying person would also like to fly, this will be charged in consultation directly on site. |
| Can any destination be chosen when redeeming the voucher? |
Yes, after consultation with the voucher holder. |
| Can different types of aircraft be used when redeeming the voucher? |
Yes, after consultation with the voucher holder. |
| Is there any explanation and introduction? |
Yes. Included is a flight briefing with the duration of about 5 - 10 minutes.
